Since his childhood, spent on the family farm, it is quite naturally that Mattéo CRUCHET starts his cheese activity on the commune of Nouzilly in 2020 and quickly joined by his wife.
This small farm of about fifty goats perpetuates the ancient know-how to offer excellent cheeses with a flavor very appreciated by the local inhabitants.
