Olivier Bizieux produces his red fruits (red currants, black currants, raspberries)in Les Hermites. His harvests will be transformed manually to make jams or syrups. The great care taken in the manufacturing process will guarantee the respect of the flavors of each fruit.
In her store, Marie sells jewelry that she makes; Eléonore sells candles and her works are regularly exhibited.
