Pascal NAUDIN started his activity in 2001 after having spent most of his career in the agricultural field. This breeder is also a farmer since he cultivates cereals on a 125 hectare farm.
About 50 cows are used for milk production, the rest is used for retail beef sales.

A part of the production is sold in collective catering label red the big beef on the outskirts of Tours in retirement homes, town halls and high school.
