Guillaume Subileau's pig farm has been certified organic since 2007.
About thirty "Large White Landrace" pigs adapted to life in the open air are fed with organically grown cereals.
Nicole and Guillaume make all the traditional charcuterie products on the farm: garlic sausages, rillettes, pâtés, andouillettes, boudins, etc. They also sell meat in boxes. Lambs in boxes cut up.
At the farm: first week of each month, first Saturday of each month at the Château-Renault market.
