Aurelien Bruère has been farming for twenty years and has chosen to diversify.
With his brother-in-law, Mikaël Guinier, we have been growing wheat, rapeseed, lentils and chickpeas for two years.
Since one year we decided to transform our products into flour and oil for a better valorization. All our products are from sustainable agriculture and are grown and processed on our farm.
